Shipping & Delivery

  • All items ship from Springfield, OH, USA.
  • Allow up to 7 business days for items to be shipped once we receive cleared payment.
  • Occasionally, items are on backorder.  We will notify you within 48 hours if an item you ordered is on backorder, and the expected ship date.  You may cancel your order with full refund if you choose not to wait for a backordered item.
  • Shipping notifications are sent when items are shipped (emails from Paypal, UPS, etc., are sent when labels are printed.)
  • International customers are responsible for any Customs charges or Local Taxes.

Returns & Replacements

  • You must return all merchandise unused within 7 days of receipt.
  • All items must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • All Shipping is non-refundable, except due to our error.
  • All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
  • Please contact us at shawnflaridareiners@netzero.net to let us know of your intent to return an item(s) in order to insure that your return can be processed correctly.
  • Credit will be given in the manner payment was received once item(s) is returned and inspected.
  • DVDs and Books cannot be returned for refund, and can only be exchanged for same item due to defect.
  • Personalized items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
